-
Technology is rapidly changing the way we live and work, and education is no exception. Technology can be a powerful tool for teachers, helping them to deliver more engaging and effective instruction.
In this workshop, you will learn how to use technology to empower your teaching. You will explore a variety of technology tools and resources that can be used to teach different subjects and skills. You will also learn how to integrate technology into your existing curriculum and create a more student-centered learning environment.
Working collaboratively with other educators, this course will help you:
Understand the core principles of technology-empowered teaching, including instructional models, methods, and theories.
Learn how to design, develop, and test technology-enhanced teaching.
Support curriculum and learning goals with technology.
Improve and enhance your workflow by incorporating technology to make things more impactful, efficient, and effective.
Develop skills for utilising technology across the academic curriculum.
Technology can both transform students' learning experiences and the ways in which teachers work. In this experiential, project-focused course we will explore the power of technology to engage students and facilitate incredible learning opportunities. Together we will build the skills, competencies, and knowledge necessary to design exceptional teaching through technology.
